How long does credentialing take?
Most commercial payers take 60 to 120 days from a complete application. Medicare and Medicaid timelines vary by state and contractor. At intake we give you an expected range for each payer and file in the order that gets you billing soonest.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per provider, per application, and covers everything from submission through approval tracking: $150 for each commercial payer, and $600 for Medicare and Medicaid combined. Ongoing maintenance after approval (CAQH re-attestations, revalidations and re-credentialing) is a separate monthly fee per provider. There's no setup fee, and you'll get a written quote with your credentialing plan before any work begins.
